Foosball

Foosball

Table football, also known as foosball or table soccer, is a table-top game that is loosely based on association football. The aim of the game is to move the ball into the opponent's goal by manipulating rods which have figures attached.

"Foosball may be a table-top game, but it can also be an excellent form of exercise. When you play foosball, your shoulders, wrists, knees, and feet are always moving. As you get better, you’ll also get to move and play faster, which helps improve your body’s blood circulation. The game keeps you active and prevents your joints from being static. Foosball also helps improve your hand-eye coordination. As you continue playing, your reaction times and reflexes will be much faster. " - FAD Magazine.
